Handmade Through Community Initative

Our pillows are handmade by women in the greater Jacksonville, Florida area.  We wanted to create some excitement around the skill, get women busy sewing, making beautiful things and support our community in a positive way.

We like to think we succeeded with this curated selection of throw pillow covers.

They are created through several avenues of Recycle-Reuse-Repurpose to include leftover scrapes, estate vintage finds, discontinued samples, drapery repurposing and of course new buy.

Several of the women involved are members of ASG (American Sewing Guild).

Your pillow will come with a tag introducing who made it, like the one to your right.

We also offer Ethnic handloomed wool pillows made by Indigenous women in the

Andes of Peru that are fair traded through our partnership with Table of Clay.  Women throughout the different villages attend the sheep, shear the wool, spin and create beautiful textiles (rugs also). They use ancient techniques to define their village heritage and status.  The vibrant colors are achieved using nature's ingredients (plants, clay, roots, herbs).

Many of our pillows are one-of-a-kind and/or two-for-one

(meaning they have two sides, turn it over and you have a different pillow).
We  also have styles that are orderable, you can request quantity, size and color.

Just give us a ring.

From Fabric to Throw Pillow

Creating a great throw pillow is easier than you think.  Oftentimes, when it comes to design and making things many people tend to overthink, making the process more complicated than it has to be or really is,  taking the joy out of the experience.

At sntHOME we gather a few bits of information about our clients to help you understand your "true" style, likes and dislikes and then we do the rest.   But we also encourage you to just have fun and do your own thing, experimenting with color, details, texture and patterns.

Because we represent 218+ fabric mills and Brands from around the world we can  put together unlimited options for you to choose from.  We make it easy and we've been told we give too many choices.  Now that's something we love hearing and we can't tell you how often it makes us smile with joy.
